Hey, so yeah, I’m in a band, and I play guitar. My singer asked me to write a song, I don’t know why, we all know I’m poetry challenged, but I tried. So please please please help me fix this.

It’s about the inside of a broken hearted persons mind, and the whispered part is just supposed to be creepy. So yeah, we are a Metal band, so in my mind this is all screamed and growled. Not sung, yeah. Help!! Thanks!

what and where is the best nerve pinching (low back pain) treatment available?

i have chronic pain since 5 yrs.on doing physio it goes off temporarily,in mri report :nerve is pinching on L5-S1 vertebrae on left side, osteophytes are also visible.pls advise me the best guaranteed permanent treatment for the same.

Back pain from a fall, looking for natural back pain treatment.?

I had a stupid fall yesterday that hurt my lower back. This morning I could barley get out of bed. After walking around for a while it felt a little better, at least i could move around a little. I spent $75 at the chiropractor, now he tells me I need to see him a lot like three times a week.

There has to be a better way. Any ideas?
