    Everyday I have 3-4 bottles of water, but since I can’t stand the taste of water I always add a . I was wondering if that some how cancels out the healthiness I’m trying to get by drinking water or is even bad for you. And how would I be able to tell by the packaging if they would be bad for me?     Contrary to what some crazy websites say, Aspartame is surely safe to go ahead and mix with your water. It has been used as a sweetener for so long that you can be pretty certain it isn’t bad for you. I don’t know about any other sweetener’s though.

    Both of those fruits have a bunch of sugar and it will only make you hungry sooner and make you have a sugar crash. Oatmeal is a very good breakfast. You can cut up a piece of banana in it and it will make you stay fuller longer.
