    it looks like your not even eating that many calories. To lose weight you should eat 1372 calories a day for your weight and height. Try this site out it might help you. Sometimes eating to few calories can make you stop losing weight because your body starts conserving all the fat it can. hope this helps

    it all might be low in calories but check the sugar content. If its high then that could be a problem cos unless u use all the energy from it down the gym etc then its just gona turn to fat. Plus, to much sugar is not good.

    Food manufactures regularly tell people how low in calories their product is but then they always make up for it with the sugar and other ingredients and people dont take notice of this

    Anyway, ur at a good weight for ur size, u shouldnt need to lose weight. If it looks like u av got a bit of fat then tone that part of ur body up otherwise u will end up with droopy old skin eventually lol
