choo choo asked:

i eat like 30-40 club crackers a day and drink water….im thinking of adding colby cheese to this equation will my consumption of crackers make me fat? will my consumption of adding to my cracker and water diet make me fat? Please dont tell me its not healthy because i feel great after i eat it, i feel light as a feather as opposed to eating a high fat , i weigh about 139 lbs and im 5’5, i look thinner already, and my skin is clearing up, im not asking for a opinion i just wanna know what u think about this making me fat
club crackers are 70 calories per 4 crackers eaten…i eat 30-40 per day….a womans body burns 1200 calories per day, i drink water and occasionally add a sobe green tea…100 calories, this is all i consume on a daily basis.
i just wanna know if this will make me stay the same in weight or make me fat if i add cheese to it

you sounds like you don’t really want to know the truth. look at the nutrition label on the cracker box to see how much fat is in Club crackers.

With the cheese, you are adding more calories. Will it make you fat? Do the math.

I can’t speak to whether it will make you fat. That involves way too many unknowns for which you gave no answers. I’ll answer this way. Adding Colby cheese provides both fat and protein, so, it’s definitely a good addition to the crackers. You didn’t ask and don’t want it, but you really need to add green vegs to the mix. If you don’t I can promise you, you will not stay healthy. On the greens, the most bang for the buck (the most value for the least amount eaten) would be broccoli. Celery is good cause it provides your body with the same ratio of sodium/potassium that exist naturally in your body. Wrap the celery in aluminum foil and it will last two or three weeks in the frig. Broccoli lasts will in the frig also.
