Water Diet……………….?
I need to lose weight! I am 13 and weigh 190 pounds and I am 5’4. Not that pretty and it is my last year in middle school! Eighth grade….we have the Washington D.C. trip, and especially the last dance of the school year! The formal dance! The dance where everyone wears the Beautiful ball gowns…just like prom! I want to lose 70 pounds! Oh…yeah…I know it sound impossible but here is my diet plan….
Breakfast…
One glass of water…
One apple…
Lunch…
One bottle of water.
In Between Lunch and dinner (HOMEWORK TIME!)
One water
Dinner…
Ok, on a regular weekly baisis this is what my family eats for dinner…I don’t mean all in one day.
Hamburger helper
spagetti
mcdonalds
hambergers
We mostly eat ground turkey…it takes the place of beef.
rice (the flavored)
mashed potatoes, corn
We mostly eat a lot of hamburger helper…like every night! But, we get a different kind every night. My family is poor.
Ok so if I were to only eat one scoop of hambergur helper how many claories would that be?
I want to only eat 200 calories per day…I don’t know if that is possible?
I even have to make a huge speech at graduation! I’m am chubby….and I don’t
Do you think that if I just kind of at two fruits a day and 10 glasses of water that I would lode like 50-70 pounds by june?
I am a good student, will this effect my grades?
Will I be tired?
I tried this today and it started off great! then, by 2:45 I felt dizzy and felt like I was going to thow up! So I ate a bag of chips and it all went down the poop shoot from there!

Here is my diet plan once again….
B/Fast….Water and an apple or bannana
Lunch…Water
Snack….Water
Dinner… One scoop ( with a regular scooper) and water
After dinner….Water
So, baisically it would just be water!
What are the concequences of a water diet?
If I drink approximately 2 gallons of water per day will that flush out my system?
What will happen?
I will work out on my bike an hour a day at a spped of 30 miles per hour!
Please help I want to be pretty! I don’t want to be the “ugly” anymore!

I might be a little tired but, I guess that is ok! I’m going with this diet anyways! I was told that 200 calories per day was ok! Well…I don’t Know.
I once lost 5 pounds a week, I think that is healthy!

I would try this workout. At the same time you will be gaining muscule and burning fat. So its awesome.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Two 5 pounds weights.
* means one 5 pound weight in each hand.
If you don’t have two 5 pound weights try using water bottles full of water.
Workout:
Stretch
*20 Bench Press x3
20 squats x3
*20 side arm lifts x3
20 crunches x3
20 push-ups x3
*20 lunges x3
20 leg lifts x3
Walk for 30 mins
Stretch
Stretching before your workout helps you not to pull a muscule during your workout.
Stretching after your workout helps you not be AS sore afterward.
I try to do this everyday, but I’m sure you would get results doing this only 2-4 days a week. I recomend everyday.
Eat 1500 calories a day and drink 8 glasses of water daily.
You will lose weight and tone up!
I’ve lost 6 pounds and I’ve only been doing it for a week!
You can do it! I know you can!
You will be sore. And it will hurt but you can do it.
Don’t be scared to add more excercises of more reps.

When diet plans talk about 8 oz glass of water, what oz are they? fluid oz? ho wmuch in liters?
I don’t have a sense of how much water I need to drink in a day. How much is 8 glasses of 8oz?! in terms of litres

You don’t need to drink 8 glasses (2 liters) of water a day. You certainly don’t need 1/2 your body weight (in oz.) per day. You don’t need ANY arbitrary target amount per day. Drink when you’re thirsty. Period!

Is A Fruit And Water Diet Effective?
Okay, I Really Hate Those Calorie Counting , And Expensive Diet Plans. So I Thought A No Junk Food Or Pop Diet Would Be A Good Idea, A Friend Of Mine Tried It And It Worked Really Well For Them. I Was Thinking About Only Drinking Water And Having Like A Couple Apples Or Bananas A Day. I Want To Know If It’s Healthy And Effective In Most Cases.

Nonsense…it’s another garanteed failure fad diet. Diets don’t work, any diets. Why? Because you deprive your body/ mind, become miserable and fail.
Real simple…
It a balanced diet, fruit, veggies, meat and fiber BUT practice portion control!!! And of course, exercise.
